I provide one-on-one coaching + meal time support in-person in Arizona and online worldwide for disordered eating and related struggles including:

  • Binge eating

  • Over-exercise & Exercise Addiction

  • Orthorexia

  • Anorexia

  • Bulimia

  • Night-eating

  • Emotional eating

My approach uses:

(1) Spiritual tools + yoga technology to transform your relationship with food. I use yogic tools, including powerful breathwork and mindfulness rituals for mealtimes, and other healing modalities to assist you in cultivating new + sacred food rituals to release stress around mealtime and eating, and most importantly, re-discover food. We explore food sadhanas (daily practices to transform time spent in the kitchen, cooking, and being around all types of food), pre and post mealtime meditations, and how to make your eating area + kitchen a sacred space. Lastly, we also understand the keys to making eating anywhere with anyone a relaxing and nourishing experience for your mind & body.

(2) Meal-time guidance & intuitive eating sessions (yes, let’s eat a meal or have a snack together—this creates new emotional memories in the body and supports new relationship formation with food); including dreamwork, art therapy, stream of consciousness journaling, and other experiential modalities;

(3) Holistic counseling to reframe ideas and experiences around food, heal body image anxiety, relationship building with your Self and others, letting go of trauma, and changing how you see your Self.

A complimentary 15 minute consultation is available for first time inquiries.

Each session is 45 minutes. Packages are available upon inquiry— these include intuitive eating sessions, live mealtime guidance, body image counseling + tools to overcome body anxiety, new methods for exercise/movement + and yogic tools to let go of past trauma. Please note I am not a licensed therapist. I also do not accept insurance at this time.
